Consent to the processing of personal data

1.   The administrator of your personal data is 1LOGISTICS ŻURALSKI Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Włynkówko,

ul. Błękitna 36, 76-200 Słupsk, hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
2.   The administrator has not appointed an inspector of personal data.
3.   The legal basis for data processing is art. 6 paragraph 1 point "a" and "b" of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ.U. L. 2016/119.1 of 04.05.2016).
4.   Your personal data will be processed for the purpose related to:
1)   submitting an offer
2)   negotiating the terms of the contract
3)   concluding the contract
4)   implementation of the contract with the Company.
5)   visualization in the pleadings
6)   fulfillment of statutory duties related to accounting and accountancy as well as tax obligations by the Company
7)   information in a way that allows you to be identified as part of information about the Company's operations and acquiring clients,
8)   legal services for the Company
9)   entrusting by the Company to third parties performing accounting, postal, courier, transport, IT or telecommunication services.
10)  entrusting to external entities professionally registering insolvent debtors
5.   The recipients of personal data will be:
1)   common courts, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, administrative courts, administrative bodies, enforcement organs, the Police, the Prosecutor's Office and entities in bankruptcy or restructuring proceedings,
2)   a third party providing legal services to the Company
3)   third parties in the case of informing in a way that allows you to be identified as part of information about activities and gaining clients,
4)   Office of Technical Inspection and other entities which, according to the law, have the right to process personal data
5)   entities providing accounting, postal, courier, transport, IT or telecommunications activities,
6)   external entities involved in the professional registration of insolvent debtors.
6.   Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and storage of documentation resulting from legal and tax regulations, counting from the day of the full implementation of the contract concluded with the Company.
7.   You have the right to request from the Company access to personal data relating to an individual, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. The scope of each of these rights and the situations in which they can be used result from the law. Which of the rights you can use will depend, for example, on the legal basis for the use of the data and on the purpose of processing them.
8.   You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
9.   You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
10.   Providing personal data is a condition of entering into an agreement with the Company. Providing personal information is voluntary. The consequence of not providing personal data is not accepting the offer, not negotiating the terms of the contract or entering into a contract with the Company.
11.   Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
